Did a tour to Flatford Mill - where it rained and rained. There is a field centre at the mill. We saw various picturesque villages. Had lunch at Hadleigh in a mine bar - very good. We also went to Dedham where the mill was rebuilt in Victorian times. Bought a cottage, after trying to buy one in the church at Long Melford. Couldn’t find the ‘tour’ way home so retraced our steps and returned way we came.
