Meal at the "Huntsman" in Hertford
Our first trip in the caravan since last year. Off to Hertford. Rained a bit on the way, but fine and sunny since. We’re close to where we were last year. Not many people around. There was a large caravan on the hedge side of us, but only one other caravan anywhere near us! We asked the wardens if they knew a good pub for eating. He recommended “The Huntsman” which is about 3 miles away. Turn left outside the site and keep going until you reach a fork in the road where we had to turn left and the pub was just down the road. We had very nice food, which was a reasonable price. In all, with drinks and me having a pudding (ice-cream), it only cost £10 in total! I slept very well, and so did Bill, weather very nice, although a bit windy. P.S. I thought we turned right at the fork!
