Blickling Hall with extraordinary hedges
I did all the chores - it was a lovely morning which changed into showers later. Bill arrived at lunch-time. He brought some beans from the garden. We went to W. Runton for a snack, then we went to Blickling Hall - it’s years since I went there, so I didn’t remember much except the extraordinary box hedges each side of the front - they’re not able to be [UNREADABLE] down now. At one time there were buildings on both sides of the hall, which are now hedges! Bill made a meal. I took two photos - but I think it was too late between seeing the scene & getting there with camera!
