Felbrigg Hall, fish and chips at Cromer, writing cards
Started out a bit late, but needed to goto West Runton. Lots of people have gone home. Walked on beach! We had soup for lunch - how exciting! Then we went to Felbrigg Hall (Nat. Trust), we’d been before but I don’t remember the house - I recognised the grounds - because of the cows. We didn’t walk to the church and orangery, as it was too far for Bill and we hadn’t time. We went back to Cromer for food and had fish & chips in a restaurant open for the purpose! Bill let me out in East Runton, as I wanted to walk off my supper! Phoned Chris when we got back - turned into a lovely day after a wettish night. I’ve just seen the new moon. Very quiet tonight after the weekenders have all gone. A.S.T.B. after writing a card or two.
