Food and Swimming
Woke up I ate! Had a word with the concierge about phoning Mr. Josso. P. Office not open until Tuesday, so will try then. Went to St. Cast. V. old church and an excellent statue of the Saint, with a deer and a Christ on the cross on the antlers - it’s about (16 and the knights’s clothes are very clearly shown, also that of his squire and the horse). We bought some mixed fruit tart/cake and ate it in the cafe frequented by the local football club. The proprietress was very nice and gave us a knife and deux forchettes to eat it with. Quenelles and artichokes for lunch. Went to Kerval, sun out a bit! Went for a swim, then sunbathed, until it got windy & a little cloudier. Went to Locronan and had crepes in the evening. A nice day all round.
