Planche et voiles at St.Columban
A lovely morning - but as Bill says - as soon as I mention the beach, the sun goes in! Bill did some drawing, Maisie came round with Karina, had a quick natter. Went to St.Columban after lunch, we were there before anyone hardly had arrived. Lots of planche et voiles - pretty soft colours this year one was marked like a parachute, but nothing like that!

Went in the sea - even Bill went in - first time! Got back about 4:30, had a quick snack item went off to the Fest to Folklorique, and took Michael. Went for a walk about 7:15. Had the usual guinea pig game. Prizes were rabbits, chickens, turkey & a hare - a beautiful hare - I hope it didn’t end in the pot - but fear it will! Saw some dancing, had frites, saucisson, pate, crepes. Bill won a little glass dish.
